In honor of storytellers everywhere who are going about reclaiming poorly told, unhelpful, and exploitative stories by offering better, truer versions, we are pleased to present our Storyteller Blend.
This blend will always be available, but consistent with seasonal changes inherent with any agricultural product, the coffees that Storyteller consists of will vary throughout the year.
These two coffees coalesce beautifully; it's as if they belong together. Neither one mutes or muddles the flavor in the other, instead they are complementary and the overall flavors are elevated.
The Nicaraguan coffee is from the Santa Candida Estate that grows coffee throughout both the Matagalpa & Jinotega regions of Nicaragua. The coffee is grown between 1200-1500 masl. Varieties are predominantly caturra, catuai, and some maragjipe. Proper farming practices, environmentally friendly and a socially conscious approaches are used.
The Mogiana region, which runs along the Sao Paulo and Minas Gerias border, is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals produced in Brazil.
